Emmy was referred to me in 1997. I was looking to purchase my first home and at the time was working with another realtor. Since this was my first experience purchasing a home I was very unfamiliar with the whole process and was becoming very frustrated with how things were progressing. I did not feel that my realtor was working for me, so I decided to switch realtors. This turned out to be the best move I could have made. When we decided to come to Cleveland for residency and fellowship training, we also decided it was time to buy our first home. We had a very limited time to search for houses and were on a budget. Our priority was to find a realtor who understood our needs and whom we could trust to facilitate things as we were out of state.
A couple of colleagues referred us to Emmy Gregory, stating she was the realtor most of their friends at the hospital went to when relocating to or out of the greater Cleveland area. I could not thank those people enough. Emmy far exceeded our expectations. She was fully dedicated, personable, and most importantly, honest. Emmy helped us get pre-approval for a mortgage without down-payment and did a lot of searching prior to us coming to view houses, which meant that when we came we did not waste time looking at places that did not fit what we wanted. In a little over a week, we placed an offer and got our first house. Emmy followed through and was there 100% until we closed and moved into our home.
Needles to say, we recommend Emmy without hesitation to all our friends looking at real estate and she is the only person we'll go to for our future moves.
